Welcome to Astro Kids Nursery School
Astro Kids Nursery School was founded in 2014 which was driven by passion in order to foster a love of learning and educate children to be innovative, imaginative, intelligent, caring and socially responsible of their little community and world.
We have incorporated every child’s individuality and have integrated our curriculum Based on the Fundamentals of the Government CAPS and Montessori-based activities.

All programmes offered are in house, which includes a free-swimming lesson for every learner and an optional Muay Thai Boxercise class per week.
Our Philosophy
To Teach is to Touch Lives Forever. Our philosophy is to create a fun filled environment where children learn best by actively engaging. Hands-on experiences, real life adventures, assisted discovery through play. We aim to develop the whole child: physical, emotional, social and cognitive.
Our Objectives
Our Main Objectives are: high quality preschool educare in Crosby, proper standards, trained staff, quality care, safe environment, age appropriate milestones, basic education, Grade 1 readiness.
Our Secondary Objectives are: loving environment, compassion, cultural acceptance, reliable childcare, home away from home.
Our Mission
Provide an environment that is stimulating, nurturing and supportive where young children discover they are important and learning is fun.
Our Staff
Three Teachers and Three Assistants with experience in early childhood care, Montessori and Grade R. All first aid trained with 1-4 year diplomas.
